Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders under $100 dollars and free shipping on domestic orders $100 and over.

Our current production time is 7-10 business days. We strive our hardest to make sure your order ships within that time frame. Please note during times of high volume orders may take up to 10 business days to process. 

We are unable to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders as all orders are shipped individually.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Piggie Bow Co will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to Piggie Bow Co due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

When we deliver your package to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. That means packages marked as delivered, but 'not received', or packages lost in transit are the customer’s responsibility to locate. We are not able to issue refunds on lost packages.
